Kate Middleton's Wedding Gown & Guests

Kate Middleton and Prince William were married today! i can feel the excitement of the Royal Wedding even tho im in Jakarta and the wedding is held in London. she was wearing a beautiful gown from Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.
According to a release from Clarence House:

“The lace applique for the bodice and skirt was handmade by the Royal School of Needlework, with individual flowers hand-cut from lace (in shapes of roses, thistle, daffodils and shamrocks). The dress is made of ivory and white satin gazar with a skirt in the shape of an opening flower. The satin bodice, narrowed at the waist and padded at the hips in a McQueen signature, is based on Victorian corsetry. The back is finished with 58 gazar and organza covered buttons.

The veil, made of ivory silk tulle with a trim of hand-embroidered flowers, is held in place by a 1936 Cartier tiara, lent to Ms. Middleton by the Queen. (It was bought for her mother by the Duke of York and presented to Queen Elizabeth on her 18th birthday.) Ms. Middleton’s earrings—shaped like oak leaves with a pave set diamond acorn suspended in the center—are by Robinson Pelham. The shoes are also by McQueen.”
lets move over to the guests' dress. spotted the pregnant Victoria Beckham and her (awesomely gorgeous) husband David Beckham was wearing a navy blue Ralph Lauren dress, matching hats and killer platform from Christian Louboutin.
Princess Eugiene of York (right) in peacock printed dress from Vivienne Westwood, matching hats and heels from Jimmy Choo. and Princess Beatrice of York was wearing a nude dress from Valentino and cute matching hats.
another guest that wearing a cute hats, now i got the 1920's fashion style because of this royal wedding. the guests were dressed as simple as they could be. but still glamourous with a sheath dress, suits, coats or tailored jackets. then the middle high heels or kitten heels, whether is pointy toe or closed toe. and the most favorite accessories on the royal wedding is the hats! the huge one with flower applique (pic above). whoa, how i love weddings!

Louboutin, Truly Mood Booster

my Louboutin Bianca pumps
last Friday, i went to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia-- my favorite place in Jakarta. i was wearing a white basic tank top, black layered cardigan, shorts denim cutoff, vintage Moschino belt, red Balenciaga clutch and red Christian Louboutin Bianca pumps

honestly its a rare thing for me wearing Louboutins, so last Friday i decided to wear em. those pumps really boost my mood into the highest level. but also got me worrying about fell out or broke the heels or anything worst could possibly happen. until Ivan Gunawan (Indonesian designer) and his gay friends passed by and staring at me from my Louboutin to my head then my head back to my Louboutin again with a strange gaze or i felt it like so strange. firstly i was so worried, until i realized they were still looking at me and leave a big smile on my face. i was  thinking "they just envy with my shoes" or "they just love my shoes as much as i do" for calming down myself. then i keep walking and struting my walk. not even Ivan Gunawan and his gay pals staring at my Louboutin that day, also a lot of girls staring at my shoes with an envious gaze. how i love Louboutins!

Nail Polish Madness!

having an affair with nail polish lately just like me? yeah i know they just make my mood up to the next level instantly after i saw a great color in my nails. throw your red and black nail polish cause they're so damn boring. and i want u to know that im lusting over these nail polish....
first is nude nail polish. i wore this nail polish back from February. nude nail polish had invaded the runway in Feb. so i tried it and it so cool!
the best nude nail polish? i pick Deborah Lippmann

second is mint blue nail polish, which i had tried this in my nails from last year's fall season. fell in love from the first sight at Chanel runway and i love to wear this nail polish with neutral color ensembles.
Chanel "Riva" nail polish as my favorite pick for mint blue nail polish, of course!
third is purple nail polish. the moody tone color and without glitters are the best for this season. dont u love this nail polish? my pick is from O.P.I wear it with polka dot printed tunic for another chic look :)
the last but not least, my latest favorite nail polish. yeah, tropical orange which nail polish that im wearing right now. this color make my mood up to the next level and keep it on the highest level everytime i see my nails with this nail polish. i love to wear this nail polish with an electric blue mini dress and matching orange pointy toe heels. the colors are great and will look more great if you had a tan skin like me :P

Spring 2011 Must Have

Spring is my favorite season after Fall. the season when u can wear a transition ensemble. for spring, u can wear a summer ensemble of some of winter ensemble. so i wanna give u my favorite and must have items on this spring especially for my readers :)
first is Christian Louboutin "I Love" wedges. this French designer always know how to make me adoring his collection. made from raspberry patent-leather with slightly inverted espadrille wedges fit for a warm-weather. wear it with baby blue hi-waisted short shorts, loose button up shirt and matching raspberry shoulder bag.
i am madly in love with prints rite now! so this Diane von Frustenberg Miggy shorts pants make me fell in love with it easily. the prints are so charming huh? wear it with a lime green tank top, standout black strappy wedges.
as turban is finally taking its come-back, i put it into my spring must have list. i searched for a million turban and fell in love with DVF's multicolored stretch silk turban in the end. rock this turban with a casual mini dress and huge sunglasses to cover up ur eyes. or u can wear a printed bikini, and gold hoop earrings. then lay down on a comfy poolside armchair with a novel and cocktail drinks in hand.
still cant get enough with prints? no! im picking this Lanvin Python printed gown on my must have list. python is really hot in this spring and also this fall. give a glamorous impression by accessorize this gown with an ankle strap wedges, crystal-embellished necklace and cuff bracelet.
give your oversized Balenciaga City bag or Mulberry Alexa satchel a rest for this season. cause a small cross-body bag is taking over fashion world rite now. a lot of small cross-body bag has teased me, such as Gucci python bag, Lanvin Sweet Dora, and Chloe Emma shoulder bag. but Proenza Schouler PS1 small satchel stole my heart. this bright-yellow leather satchel is a perfect match with my daywear ensemble. wear it with a black leather short shorts, white button up shirt and buckle up booties.
back to the 70's. i got the off-the-shoulder madness because of Marc Jacobs' Spring/Summer 2011 collection. but i picked the "Laricia" ocean-blue off-the-shoulder top from Tory Burch on my spring must have list. perfect match for all of u who had a bohemian style like Nicole Richie. wear it with a cut-off shorts, brown sandals and matching shoulder bag. dont forget to tied ur hair and turn it into a simple casual bun and wear an oversized sunglasses. bohemian chic!
the last but not least, Tom Binns' 24 carats gold-plated razor blade cuff. it match with both of casual and formal look. but my favorite ensemble to wear with this cuff are with a halter neck olive green jumpsuit, brown YSL sandals and brown Proenza Schouler PS1 clutch bag.
lets rock this spring with your stylish ensembles on. stay stylish :)

Darren Criss

Glee Actor Darren Criss attending College Television Awards in Hollywood - 09.04.11

Dress Down

Spring has sprung. jackets were trade with an oversized t-shirt. yes, im lusting over oversized t-shirt. of course with a great cutting. last Friday nite, i went to a casual hip party in a rooftop. i decided to wear a grey loose oversized t-shirt from Mango,  DIY hi-waisted cutoff short shorts, sandal, vintage Moschino belt, gold stacked bangles and red Balenciaga clutch bag. its so comfy and timeless.

because i am madly in love with an oversized t-shirt. so i bought an oversized white tee earlier February, and then i cut it. waisted length in the front and longer in the back for the tail of the tee. then for the neckline, i cut into a large round neckline.
i'd accessorize my DIY white tee with multi-chain necklace, blue faded jeans from Cheap Monday, gold stacked bangles and suede ankle booties. and also tied my hair and turn it into a simple messy bun and add a winged eyeliner. perfect ensemble for chill out huh?
stay stylish :*
