Fall 2010 Attire

hi fashionista! its almost fall and im so excited. fall attire is slowly but sure hit the stores, and we trade out our summer attire to fall attire. first, accessories. our look looking beyond fabulous is because of those accessories. i had a tons of accessories and i cant get enough with them. for fall, its not so hard to pick something glamorous. for this fall gold is the perfect color, gold with black beyond fabulous! i recommended you Gaia Repossi for Alexander Wang Jewelry (picture above, right and left). she designed the ombre toned cuff and ring for Wang's Fall collection. and its DIE for! the alternative? House of Harlow 1960 Enameled Tribal Warp Ring (picture above, center). pair it with the classic LBD, oh so fab!
another DIE for accessories? embellishments gloves. my favorite? Chain and Charm fingerless gloves from Vivienne Westwood (pict right above). imagine when u take a stroll in New York and its snowy day, u looking fabulous with this gloves and a Burberry Trench coat on plus a Brian Atwood boots. dont lie, u want it. the alternative, a nail gloves from Dominic Jones. this gloves reminds me with Cruella on Dalmantion 101 right? or bow gloves like seen at Valentino.
looking for an "it" bag? PS1 from Proenza Schouler is the right answer. save your oversized tote bag for next summer, this time for satchel show its fabulousness. Mary-Kate Olsen, Leighton Meester, Dakota Fanning, Kirsten Dunst and Chloe Sevigny have seen out and about with this DIE for bag. my favorite? brown crocodile skin. also orange,  grey, beige and navy blue. but for clutch, choose the bright color like yellow or green. pair it with trousers, or fitted blazer and straw fedora. alternative : Mulberry Alexa bag.
shoes, im mad about shoes! its so hard to pick a perfect shoes for fall. if last year i had choose the over the knee boots, for this fall  i have choose stud embellishments shoes. even its platform, heels or boots. i fell in love with em. my favorite are from Ruthie Davis the SPIKE/Dark Gaga shoetie (shoe/bootie) and Christian Louboutin Clou Noeud 150 studded slingback. if you had a stud embellishments shoes , u're ready to hit the streets then. it also can boost up your confident. just give a little strut when you walking in those and fabulous!
its hard to say this but its true, skinny jeans is loosing its fame in Paris. the French fashionista prefer to wear trousers or harem pants on their days. ok, trousers is very comfortable to wear. but i love skinny :p but lately i fell the excitement of trousers and harem pants -- again. its the perfect match of stud embellishment shoes and fitted blazer. add some chain jewelries and choose Balenciaga or Givenchy for the bag.

fur, fur and fur is everywhere this fall. i have one sweater with fur in the neckline. i dont know whether is faux or real. but i fell in love with fur. fur coat, fur vest, fur jackets and fur sweater. from Fendi, Acne, Burberry, Lanvin, Marc Jacobs to Chanel wore fur on its fall collection. my advice, wear it with earthy color like beige or brown. and gold for accessories.
the alternative :
shearling. remember Blake Lively wore a shearling in the end of Gossip Girl season 3? shearling is also hit some runway but not too booming.
maybe its time to retire your micro-mini for a moment. cause the long skirt is taking over the fashion world. popular by the Olsen and Nicole Richie. from Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren to Louis Vuitton are spotted wore this skirt at their runway. pair it with kitten heels or flat-soled boots. and also choose the comfort material like cotton. for the colors i recommend you grey, black, nude and white. pair it with cardigan and belt over the cardigan.
so, i hope everyone have a great fall :D
stay stylish, Sasha

Skulls and Skeletons are Back!

Alexander McQueen started a trend with skull and skeleton in his Spring 09 Menswear collection. followed by his McQ by Alexander McQueen collection for womenswear. but it looks like im too early say that skulls are back. but style.com said that too. i aint worried about this trend, cause it really fun to explore.
at the Couture show, a lot of skulls and skeletons were came out. in Givenchy, Riccardo Tisci design hence the bone-shaped zipper pulls, a tiny skull nestled in a satin jacket (picture right) and my favorite, the skeletal jewelry.
and at Jean Paul Gaultier couture, the final look; Dita Von Teese in a barely-there corset resembling nothing so much as a glittering ribcage.
this is my favorite jewelry this season, or it might be all season in this year. a skeleton bracelet from Givenchy Couture. isnt it adorable? it can pair with shoulder padded blazer and ripped jeans. another cool hand accessories? a bone-fingered gloves like Lady Gaga's.
looking for a hot shoes for fall? i recommended you a platform from Dsquared² Fall 10 collection with skeleton heels embellishment. oh so HOT! and for clothing, i recommended you Comme des Garçons. it has a lot of skulls printed suits, skirts, dresses and shoes. are you ready for the come-back of skulls and skeletons?
